About the ArtistTracy Skibitzki Pesche, nicknamed Trā by her family and friends, is the artist behind Trā Art. Born in 1981, she grew up in the resort town of Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Augustana College and her Bachelor of Fine Arts from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Tracy has experimented with many mediums over the years, most recently ceramics and wood/metal sculpture. She has continually produced works of art that are fun, whimsical and very colorful.
Tracy loves the creative process. She says, "It's all about creating something with my own two hands from beginning to end and making sure that each step along the way is a success. Having others love and appreciate my artwork is like icing on the cake."
